SHIPMENTS

Castellana 100 Bicishop offers a shipping service whose estimated delivery time will depend on the location of the warehouse at the time of ordering each product, being able to check its status via email at this address: atencioncliente@castellana100bicishop.com. If your order has items with different delivery times, it will be divided into several shipments without paying additional costs for it.

The terms indicated below are calculated from Monday to Friday and may be altered by local or national holidays. If the chosen form of payment is bank transfer, these terms can be modified, since the order will be sent at the moment that said transfer is effective.

 

  • On certain dates such as Christmas, Kings, bridges or special promotions (Black Friday, ...), as well as in these moments of COVID-19 we do not guarantee that the delivery will be made on time, due to the volume of merchandise from the agencies of transport.

  • Castellana 100 Bicishop reserves the right to modify delivery times and the type of delivery without prior notice in the case of large orders (bicycles) or special cases.

  • In no case will shipments be made to post office boxes.

  • In the case of sending bicycles, the shipping times may increase due to the time of assembly and adjustment of the same.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE PENINSULA

In sales to the Canary Islands, Ceúta and Melilla, VAT will not be charged (21%), however the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case can we determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer when receiving his order since, in the case of the Canary Islands for example, it depends on the "LGIC" and "Canary Islands customs".

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs appear in the process of purchase and payment of the order. The amount will be indicated in the total price before confirming the purchase.

You can pick up your order in our stores and save the postage.

You just have to check this option when indicating the delivery address of your order. The delivery time depends on the product and can be between 1 day and 15 working days.
